We collect information you provide directly: your email address, organisation name, and the operational data you enter (clients, jobs, staff). We do not collect payment card details — all billing is handled by Stripe.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve CleanTrackr. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
All data is stored on servers located in the EU/US. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Automatic daily backups are retained for 7 days.
We use Stripe for payment processing and Resend for transactional email. Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
We retain your data for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
You may request a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted at any time by emailing support@cleantrackr.us.
We use a single session token stored in localStorage. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

CleanTrackr provides job scheduling and management software for cleaning businesses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
You may not use CleanTrackr to transmit unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or resell the service without written permission.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
You retain full ownership of the data you enter. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
CleanTrackr is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
